Just an update on today’s market news. Despite there being a pandemic 😷, I’d like to congratulate the PIB Group Acquisition of Erskine Murray (a Commercial Insurance broker). It is a positive step to hear that companies are still pushing through BAU (Business as usual) during these challenging times.

From an ARGenesis perspective, acquisitions are great and help companies scale businesses and market shares but we feel that it is equally important to understand that the merging of two legacy systems and the smooth integration of this has to be taken into account alongside the head counts, the companies culture, data systems and other factors.
