This is great news, as its likely to lead to the scaling up of the business. However, we believe at ARGenesis Management Consultancy that it’s important to be mindful that when investing, those concerned also understand the importance of investing equally in data to ensure they maximise their ROI and ROE, as well as providing the customer with a better experience.
