Less than half of insurance customers trust insurers to deliver basic needs – survey

My mid-week post today is on the future needs of the customer to get more DIGITALLY INTERACTIVE.

Today, I’d like to share some interesting news in relation to a recent survey conducted by customers when reflecting on some of the issues they are faced with eg. Covid-19 not to mention others. The one key driver to flow through into the future is to enable customers to become more digitally interactive.
